Linda A. Pappajohn

Linda A. PappajohnLinda is a Principal at Santora CPA Group and heads up its HR Consulting Division. She has been with the firm for over 27 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA. Her prior accounting experience was as a controller of a large real estate accounting service company in Boston.

Some of the areas for which Linda provides HR consulting services are HR advice on all types of employee situations, employee policy handbooks, payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, training, DiSC© profile assessments, job descriptions, and salary surveys.

She was one of the founders of the nonprofit Girls on the Run Delaware, Inc. and currently serves as the organization’s Co-Chairperson and Treasurer, and she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

She was the national president of the Association for Accounting Administration and the recipient of CPA Services, Inc.’s Firm Administrator of the Year Award. She has had articles published in The Journal of Accountancy and The Practical Accountant, and she has spoken at numerous national accounting industry conferences on HR matters. Linda also served on the Board of Governors at the University and Whist Club in Wilmington and was the Chairperson of the club’s Human Resource Committee for many years.
